Where We Deliver
Raylaan delivers across Pakistan and worldwide.
Delivery Charges
Within Pakistan
- Orders below Rs.15,000: Rs.250 flat delivery charge.
- Orders of Rs.15,000 and above: Free delivery.
International
Delivery charges for international orders vary according to the parcel's weight and the destination country. The applicable charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Time
- Within Pakistan: 5–8 working days.
- International: delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimate for your country.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During sales, launches and peak seasons, delivery may take a little longer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order total or delivery charge and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs procedures can occasionally delay delivery; such delays are outside our control.
Payment
Online Bank Transfer is accepted for all orders, within Pakistan and internationally. Bank details are shared at checkout or on request, and orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. See Track Your Order for help.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
The courier will contact you on the phone number provided at checkout, so please make sure your address and phone number are correct and complete. For international orders, parcels returned because of an incorrect address or refusal may incur additional charges to resend.
